Privacy Policy

Alchemy Vibrations, LLC (Alchemy Visions)

Alchemy Vibrations, LLC ("Alchemy Vibrations," "we," "us") operates the Alchemy Visions mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

1) Information we collect

A. Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (if you provide it)

You can sign in using:

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Google
  • Email + password (via Supabase Auth)

B. Content you provide (prompts and visions)

The App allows you to generate personalized guided audio journeys ("visions"). When you use these features, we collect and store:

  • The full text of your prompt, including any text you type (e.g., "because…" text) and any selections you make in the create flow
  • The generated vision output, including generated audio and related metadata (such as timestamps and selected voice)

Because prompts are free-form, they may include personal details you choose to share (for example, names of people, places, or relationship context). We store prompts and generated visions so you can revisit them and generate additional visions over time.

Deleting content: If you delete a vision in the App, the associated stored prompt for that vision is deleted as well.

C. Voice input (speech-to-text)

If you choose to use speech input, speech-to-text is processed on your device using iOS system services. We receive and store only the transcribed text you submit as part of your prompt. We do not receive or store raw voice recordings for speech-to-text.

D. Usage and device information

We collect usage and device information such as:

  • app interactions (e.g., feature usage, screens viewed)
  • device and app version information
  • diagnostic information (e.g., crash/performance data), where available

E. Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we may send push notifications such as:

  • a notification when vision generation has completed
  • reminders you opt into or configure

You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.

2) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the App (account access, content generation, and playback)
  • Store and organize your prompts and visions so you can access your history across devices
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests
  • Improve reliability and user experience (analytics, debugging, and performance monitoring)
  • Protect the App and users (security, abuse prevention, and enforcement)

We do not sell your personal information.

3) How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the App and operate our services, including with:

  • Authentication & database providers (e.g., Supabase) to manage accounts and store your data
  • AI / generation service providers to generate content you request (for example, processing your prompt text to produce generated content), such as:
    • Anthropic
    • OpenAI
    • Google
    • ElevenLabs
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting/storage) that run our backend services
  • Analytics providers (PostHog) to understand usage and improve the App
  • Payment processors
    • Apple for in-app purchases
    • Stripe for purchases processed outside Apple's in-app purchase system, where applicable

We may also share information:

  • if required by law or legal process
  • to protect rights, safety, and security
  • as part of a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale)

4) Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how the App is used and to improve performance and user experience.

At this time:

  • We use event-based analytics (e.g., feature usage events).
  • We do not use session replay unless we explicitly enable it in the future.

If we enable session replay or expand analytics collection, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

5) Payments

If you purchase subscriptions or paid features:

  • Purchases inside the iOS App may be processed by Apple (in-app purchases). We do not receive your full payment card information from Apple.
  • Other purchases (if offered) may be processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment processing.

6) Data retention

We retain account information and stored content (including prompts and visions) for as long as your account is active so you can access your history.

You can delete visions within the App. You can also delete your account from the bottom of the Settings menu. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your account, subject to limited retention where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, dispute resolution, and enforcement).

7) Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information. To make a request, contact daren@alchemyvisions.ai.

You can also:

  • delete visions in the App
  • delete your account from the bottom of the Settings menu
  • disable notifications in device settings

8) Children's privacy

Alchemy Visions is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9) International data transfers

We operate in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
